Faktor-faktor yang Memengaruhi Resiliensi Akademik Mahasiswa Kedokteran: Sebuah Systematic Literature Review

Abstract


Resiliensi akademik memiliki peranan penting dalam menghadapi tekanan dan tantangan akademik yang dialami mahasiswa kedokteran selama menjalankan masa studinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi resiliensi akademik mahasiswa kedokteran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic literature review, analisis data menggunakan PRISMA (preferred reporting elements for systematic review and meta-analysis) dengan menyesuaikan kriteria inklusi, sehingga diperoleh 12 artikel yang dianalisis. Hasilnya ditemukan faktor personal seperti efikasi diri, harapan, strategi coping, optimisme, religiusitas, persepsi tentang kesehatan diri memberikan peranan internal yang memengaruhi resiliensi akademik. Sementara faktor eksternal seperti dukungan sosial, lingkungan belajar dan pelatihan berbasis keterampilan memberikan landasan pendukung yang memengaruhi faktor resiliensi akademik. Faktor demografis seperti usia, jenis kelamin serta tempat tinggal menjadi faktor lain yang dapat memperkuat resiliensi akademik mahasiswa kedokteran. Temuan dari penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting karena dapat membantu mengoptimalkan resiliensi akademik, mengatasi beban kerja yang berat dan mempertahankan kinerja akademik mahasiswa. Selain itu, institusi pendidikan secara aktif dapat mengembangkan program yang bertujuan meningkatkan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa kedokteran.
