Internalisasi Pendekatan Religius dalam Menguatkan Karakter Disiplin Siswa

Abstract


Hadir tepat waku menjadi indikator karakter disiplin yang sangat penting dimiliki seorang individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak internalisasi pendekatan religius dalam menguatkan karakter disiplin siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perubahan kuantitas siswa yang terlambat setelah diberikan pembiasan positif berupa pendekatan religius yaitu membaca kitab suci. Melalui program ini siswa secara tidak langsung diingatkan bahwa perbuatannya merupakan wujud dari ketidakpatuhan terhadap ajaran agama dan tentunya dengan harapan hal tersebut dapat mennggerakkan hati mereka untuk mengurangi perilaku tersebut.
